(Note : For SC/ST Category payment option will not be appeared as in this video you didn't see any payment option)

Step 6 : Center Selection

Step 7 : Photo Sign Upload and Declaration Agreed.....after this click on I Agree !!!!

Now you Successfully Submitted your Application form for CDS Examination (I) 2015.
